Responsibilities

  • Develop new mid-level and high-end business for Resorts.
  • Through direct and telemarketing techniques, re-activates inactive mid-level and above players.
  • Attends to customer needs and issues complimentaries consistent with company policy. 
  • Coordinates arrangements for customer’s visits as appropriate.
  • Actively seeks new players through networking and maintains relationships with existing customers to increase trip frequency.
  • Maintains awareness of competitive trends in industry and reports such to management.
  • Make recommendations for change when appropriate.
  • Attains annual profitability goals as defined by the department from time to time on a consistent basis, as designed from year to year.
  • Mentors Casino Hosts and Player Development Executives as assigned.
  • Make recommendations for Special Events/Promotions.
  • In accordance with 19:41-1(b)5 and 19:45-1.9B(d), employees in this position do not have authority to issue cash or non-cash complimentaries in the amount of $10,000 or more in a five day period to an individual or group.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • College degree (may substitute additional experience for degree).
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in Player Development.
  • Understanding of player development and comping philosophy.
