• Assists with the setting up group and promotion codes for mailing/marketing offers.
• Send mail files to vendors.
• Assist with set up and load e-Bonus offers as needed.
• Maintain direct mail reports.
• Responsible for sending self exclusion updates to mail house.
• Answer customer inquiry forms from Casino Services and promotions.
• Research miscellaneous inquiries from customer service “What I Think Forms”.
• Pull direct mail lists, segmentations, and labels monthly in Mariposa.
• Pull cash-back mailings monthly in Showcase.
• Communicate offer codes, valid dates and times and offer amounts to Casino Accounting for all e-Bonus offers.
• Attend weekly marketing meeting with Special Events and Advertising to discuss details of future offers.
• Promotes positive public relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• BA/BS required; degree in Marketing/Finance or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) years experience in database marketing preferable in the casino industry.
• Working knowledge of ASCS Casino System, Mariposa, Showcase Query, Sql preferred.
• Ability to multi-task projects and work and think independent of supervisor.
• Knowledge of gaming industry preferred.
