Responsibilities

  • Provides security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees and the company.
  • Ensures that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the casino and hotel complex.
  • Assists guests and employees when injured or ill.
  • Stands posts as assigned.
  • Dispatches radio communications from Security Podium.
  • May have to intercede and investigate incidents of alleged theft, disorderly conduct or other alleged crimes.
  • May have to intercede and resolve both verbal and physical altercations.
  • Investigate reported incidents and complete detailed incident reports.
  • Required to administer CPR and defibrillator.
  • Detect and prevent crime and apprehend law violators.
  • Enforce regulatory compliance and enforce company rules and regulations.
  • Patrol both indoor and outdoor.  
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  
  • Minimum one (1) year of applicable experience. 
  • Professional appearance and above average written and oral communication skills.
