Job Duties
- Receives customer complaint letters and attempts to resolve the problem or directs the complaints to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Performs confidential secretarial and administrative duties including typing for executive personnel.
- Maintains confidential correspondence and other files.
- Greets visitors to work area and notifies appropriate person of arrival.
- Answers and screens telephone calls and records messages as required.
- Performs specialized administrative functions relative to operating unit .
- Promotes positive public relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
