Responsibilities

  • Manages all advertising production schedules including direct mail, email, billboard, digital, print, signage & other marketing collateral.
  • Communicates daily with all agencies including brand agency, local agency, digital agencies, and media buyer.
  • Traffics all work and monitors deadlines closely.
  • Oversees all on property marketing and miscellaneous messaging including digital and static signage.
  • Works with vendors and internal departments to schedule advertising postings, material delivery, etc.
  • Responsible for coordinating and monitoring website updates with our agency.
  • Assists with the coordination of photo and video shoots.
  • Manages photographer schedule and completes regulatory paperwork for photography.
  • Responsible for maintaining and reporting department’s finances. Processes and logs departmental purchases for print, signage, and direct mail.
  • Must be available to work on weekends for events/public relations activities when required.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• College degree desired, may substitute additional experience for degree.
• Minimum three (3) years of appropriate experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and other colleagues.
