• Maintains food & beverage storeroom supplies in orderly fashion.
• Records updates on inventory index.
• Receives, stocks and issues supplies and merchandise according to established procedures and internal controls.
• Performs general messenger services.
• Collects and distributes all mail, notices and inter-office communications to proper departments and persons for whom it is intended.
• Promotes positive public relations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
