Responsibilities

  • Responsible for stewarding operations in multiple outlets.
  • Assists with the training and supervision of stewarding staff.
  • Maintains utensil inventory of food & beverage operating supplies.
  • Follows up on all citation relations.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College degree (may substitute additional experience for degree).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience.
  • Good leadership and supervisory skills.
  • PC knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook
