• Greets guests upon their arrival to the Sushi Bar.
• Takes, prepares, and serves orders in a fast, friendly and efficient manner.       
• Prepares foods in accordance with menu portion and quality specifications.
• Properly trained in handling raw meats and fish/seafood
• Properly trained in the preparation and rolling of a variety of sushi and sashimi, including rice preparation, vegetable cuts, and fish/meat butchering.
• Ensures menu quality and consistency of food items.
• Ensures sushi station, kitchen equipment and all cooking areas are maintained in safe and sanitary condition.
• Promotes positive public relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience.
• Prior experience handling/preparing sushi, required.
• Able to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently.
