Overview

  • Reconciles daily cash activity and perform cash flow analysis.
  • Generates food and beverage reports and performs cost analysis.
  • Generates weekly labor reports and performs trend analysis.
  • Maintains financial models to accurately forecast future EBITDA.
  • Maintains capital expenditure report and projections.
  • Prepares journal entries and generates reports for the month-end close process.
  • Performs analysis of balance sheet accounts and P&L statements.
  • Provides analytical support for operating reviews.
  • Assist in financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting.
  • Assists with development of annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Performs other ad hoc analysis as assigned by management.
  • May be assigned to other departments for special projects on a periodic basis.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College degree with a concentration in Business, Finance, or Accounting, preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical capacities and related experience, desired.
  • Strong Excel skills, proficient with pivot tables and vlookup formulas.
  • Knowledge of Showcase, SQL, and/or other data query skills, a plus.
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in groups, with strong time management skills.
