• Sets up tables, chairs, platforms, podiums, etc. for conventions, banquets, meetings,

• Assists exhibitors with set-up, re-arrangement, break down and reloading of equipment.
• Sets-up and prepares signage for functions.
• Maintains and inspects convention equipment.
• Obtains necessary supplies for banquets, meetings, etc.
• Cleans and maintains the main function room.
• Promotes positive public relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
