Responsibilities

  • Schedules, coordinates and oversees the tasks of the investigators.
  • This position will also perform the duties of a Security Shift Manager as required to do so.
  • Conducts background investigations on assigned candidates for employment.
  • Conducts inquiries and investigations assigned into alleged instances of malfeasance or misconduct.
  • Conducts themselves in accordance with CCC and DGE regulations, departmental procedures and company policies.
  • Prepares detailed incident or investigation reports in a clear and precise manner.
  • Reviews videotape and make composites as assigned.
  • Testifies in court or gives depositions on incidents.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College degree (may substitute additional experience for degree).
  • Minimum five (5) years Casino Security or Law Enforcement experience.
  • Valid New Jersey Driver’s License, excellent driving record & ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Must have knowledge of video camera systems.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
