• Responsible for the daily upkeep, care and maintenance of the parking garage and property perimeter.
• Responsible for debris and trash removal.
• Maintains landscaping, including planting, watering, and weeding.
• Promotes positive public relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) yars of appropriate experience.
• Ability to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently.
