Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the bulk of Online Casino-related promotions from creative to implementation.
  • Coordinates all promotional creative assets, copy, and communication setup/delivery (including but not limited to promotional emails, SMS/text, and pushing messaging).
  • Develops and administers promotional campaigns including coordination, analysis, and continual monitoring for progress. 
  • Assists CRM Manager with project plans, timelines for new digital media launches and keeps tasks on track to meet deadlines.
  • Works with third parties to coordinate receipt, delivery and storage of digital gaming assets. 
  • Monitors and reports on progress of daily promotional campaigns.
  • Measures and reports performance of promotional campaigns and assesses against KPIs.
  • Works with the Player Support Team to support and respond to player inquiries with a sense of urgency while providing knowledgeable and accurate information.
  • Stays on top of changes in the digital marketing environment to best serve the objective of the player and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Contributes to the growth and performance of the Digital Gaming Team.
  • Assists CRM manager with daily, monthly, yearly tasks; Loyalty downgrades, checking fact sheets, report analysis, 1099 reporting, Self-Exclusion Checks, etc.
  • Trains new & existing employees where necessary
  • Reviews existing/creates new SOPs for day-to-day operations.
  • Liaises with game providers regarding promotions. Ensures a high degree of credibility and integrity is always maintained across all platforms.
  • Promotes a positive image for ResortsCasino.com and MoheganSunCasino.com.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College degree or 2-3 years’ Marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience in online gaming or casino customer service, desired.
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in a regulated sports betting role with significant online presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment.
  • Experience working in a regulated working environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and unwavering in the areas of diplomacy and professionalism are critical to success in this position.
  • Ability to be both execution and consultative oriented.
