• Responsible for maintaining and reporting department’s finances.
• Processes and logs departmental purchases and accounting.
• Maintain all expenditures to ensure department is operating within allocated budgets for postage, printing, advertising and public relations efforts.
• Plans and maintains the advertising production schedule including trafficking advertising material.
• Assists in maintaining and organizing the company’s web site, media web site and social media network.
• Assists in creating verbiage, headlines for various communications efforts when needed.
• Works with vendors and internal departments to schedule advertising postings, material deliver, etc.
• Ensures all material is delivered in a timely manner.
• Assist in photo shoots when necessary.
• Must be available to work on weekends for events/public relations activities when required.
• Promotes positive public relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• One (1) of appropriate experience.
• College degree desired, may substitute additional experience for degree.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and other colleagues, demonstrate initiative, provide sound judgement and anticipate the needs of the organization.
