  • Managing all of Resorts Digital Gaming data and access point for performance analysis
  • Ensuring data accuracy across all business teams
  • Owning relationships with external data source vendors
  • Liaising with all internal teams and management to produce and analyze our data to turn it into actionable insights
  • Assisting and providing feedback to platform provider and local IT team with regard to data structures, systems, controls, and storage
  • Evaluating incoming data vs business requirements (i.e., how the data is structured vs the reporting requirements)
  • Assisting acquisition and CRM marketing teams in analyzing campaigns
  • Working with external agencies to provide timely and insightful data
  • Reviewing new promotions in upcoming promotional calendar with marketing managers to ensure first rate performance and value for money
  • Ensuring health of existing loyalty program and recommend changes as necessary to reinvest effectively in an evolving customer base
  • Evaluating technical data requirements for new and existing data feeds
  • Liaising with 3rd party vendors to maintain data feeds
  • Reviewing imported and sorted data against the original to ensure that information integrity has been maintained
  • Using the structured data to build and publish reports (SQL to HTML consumption) for the Business to evaluate. These reports will include: Day to Day KPI’s, Promotional Spend, Loyalty Spend, Player Life cycles – Player Churn and retention rate
  • Automating informational data to the business and 3rd Parties
  • Working with other third parties to provide player information based on requirements while maintaining security

  • 3 years of data analysis in the gaming sphere. Online experience preferable but not essential
  • Experience in any SQL-based reporting system preferable
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Demonstrable experience in working closely and successfully with external suppliers and providers
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and a high degree of initiative
  • Highly analytical
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time appropriately and wisely in a fast-paced environment
