Responsibilities

  • Champion the shared vision of great guest service to all team members. 
  • Consistently improve the guests' experience at the property utilizing guest service satisfaction survey results to measure success.
  • Identify all service barriers and take action to eliminate those barriers.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization utilizing high energy levels, enthusiasm, and motivation in the pursuit of improving customer and team member satisfaction. 
  • Assist in the development and facilitation of customer service training and various HR topics. 
  • Oversees the Company’s online training program and employee hotline.
  • Create team member engagement programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture.
  • Develop and communicate positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence. 
  • Establish and maintain measurement standards to provide meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Handles all matters related to team member complaints, grievances, etc.
  • Performs all duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred or 2 years generalized human resources experience may be substituted.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, organizational, and oral presentation skills required.
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office software and ability to learn job specific software.
  • Comprehension of data analytics.
  • Must possess excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
  • Bi-lingual strongly preferred.
