  • Responsible for the operation of the Casino Table Games and Slot Operations departments in accordance with applicable Casino Control Commission and Division of Gaming Enforcement regulations, company policies and internal controls.
  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of casino table games and slot operations is paramount and aligned with Company goals and objectives.
  • Serves as a role model for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication. Coaches and develops employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
  • Responsible for ensuring that appropriate staffing levels are maintained to include forecasting needs, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating and motivating personnel.
  • Monitors Table Game and Slot Machine performance to ensure profitability and revenue enhancement.
  • Establishes and documents SOPs for Slot Service Operations ensuring they are aligned with company policy and procedures and to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance.
  • Keeps abreast of current trends, games, technology, and regulatory changes as they pertain to slot operations and slot marketing and makes recommendations to the Vice President of Casino Operations, as appropriate.
  • Responsible for addressing the needs of Table Games and Slots customers and maintaining a strong service culture that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • This position functions as the Casino Manager in accordance with N.J.A.C.13:69D-1.11(b)5 overseeing the Casino Games Department and Slot Operations Department.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum of ten (10) years casino management experience.
  • Previous quantifiable casino manager experience required.
  • Knowledge of all casino games rules and regulations.
  • Experience with scheduling and budgeting in a casino environment.
  • Overall familiarity with Slot Operations.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, SDS, LSI, Purchasing and related computer programs.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and employee relations skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate sever tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include, nights, weekends, and holidays.
