Responsibilities

  • Assist VIP Account Manager in providing VIP customers with an industry leading customer service and gaming experience tailored to their specific preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with ResortsCasino.com and MoheganSunCasino.com VIP customers via inbound and outbound communications, face-to-face contact, hospitality and monitoring behaviors.
  • Maintain and manage a database of mid and high level VIP customers and serve as their day to day point of contact.
  • Assist VIP Account Manager in implementing and operating programs to move potential VIP customers higher in the loyalty program.
  • Analyze player behavior and nurture mini and potential VIP customers through proactive and reactive outbound contact.
  • Work closely with VIP Account Manager and Internet Gaming Customer Service to ensure all player needs are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with and respond to queries, requests and complaints from VIP customers.
  • Make recommendations to the VIP Account Manager regarding improvement of Internet Gaming process and services to avoid customer dissatisfaction and service failures and developing new programs to increase VIP program success.
  • Observe activities and programs related to the bricks and mortar operations, especially in the areas of marketing, customer service and public relations, to provide an online customer experience consistent with the bricks and mortar customer experience.
  • Responsible for assisting the VIP Account Manager in the general operations of the Resorts iGaming Lounge.
  • Work closely with the VIP Account Manager, Digital Gaming team and other departments to assist with promotions, events, campaigns and other various projects and initiatives.
  • Assist VIP Account Manager to satisfy all reporting and requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three to 4 years’ experience in online or B&M casino experience a valued asset but not required.
  • Supervisory experience in B&M related field a valued asset but not required.
  • Sales or customer service related field a valued asset but not required.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of operations, promotions, VIP services and marketing in a guest service oriented environment.
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
