  • Directs and coordinates staff and activities of all casinos financial functions, including cage cashier, slot cashiers, count rooms, casino collections and casino accounting.
  • Directs and coordinates through the casino controller all activities of general cashiering and hotel accounting.
  • Responsible for all internal and external reporting.
  • Responsible for reviewing financial department expenses and ensures that budget requirements are adhered to.
  • Anticipates changing environment and business conditions and responds proactively.
  • Maintains harmonious relationships with regulatory agencies.
  • Responsible for submissions of regulatory filings and maintenance of same with the Casino Commission as it pertains to internal accounting controls.
  • The person in this position functions as the Controller in accordance with N.J.A.C. 19:45-41.11(b)7.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • BA/BS in related field required.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of appropriate director level experience in a financial environment required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills.
