  • Interacts with Table Games customers, within the casino pit, providing the highest level of customer service
  • Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor, at all times
  • Walks the casino floor/pit, assisting customers with questions and requests.
  • Establishes and maintains a professional relationship with new and repeat customers, ensuring repeat business.
  • Actively recruits new players card members by promoting the Rewards Star Card and emphasizing the benefits of the program.
  • Obtains customer data and enters it into the computer system in an accurate and efficient manner, in order to create new players cards.
  • Reprints players cards as needed.
  • Focuses on increasing rated play by enticing customers to utilize their Rewards Star Card while playing.
  • Communicates with the Promotions Booth regarding players and player-specific programs and promotions.
  • Promotes current players club promotions to customers on the casino floor.
  • Lends to the creation of a fun, exciting and enjoyable Table Games experience.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in table games and customer service.
• Professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must possess an upbeat and energetic personality.
• Working knowledge of computers.
