Resorts Casino Hotel is seeking a Human Resources Professional to join our team. Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- College degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related degree, preferred.
- Strong HR Generalist competencies with a minimum of 2-3 year’s prior Human Resources experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Progressive thinker and analytically driven.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, with priority, while meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of State and Federal employment law.
- Understanding of personnel and compliance record management.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality / professional discretion.
- Bilingual, helpful but not required.
