Resorts Casino Hotel is seeking a Human Resources Professional to join our team. Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications: 

    • College degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related degree, preferred.
    • Strong HR Generalist competencies with a minimum of 2-3 year’s prior Human Resources experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Progressive thinker and analytically driven.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, with priority, while meeting deadlines.
    • Understanding of State and Federal employment law.
    • Understanding of personnel and compliance record management.
    • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality / professional discretion.
    • Bilingual, helpful but not required.
