- Leads the creation and development of the brand’s visual direction across all customer communications.
- Executes designs for all marketing, CRM, and integrated communication channels in both online and offline areas. Design assets include: daily email, website banners, paid media ad design, still and motion graphics for social channels; decks for internal and external facing projects and brand pitches;
- Manage day to day asset creation by our 3rd party creative agency(s)
- Design and implement assets for onsite and collateral promotional material
- Render photography and digital photo development into ads and other marketing materials
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in art/design.
- 3 to 4+ years of experience in an online and/or E-commerce and iGaming environment.
- Must be comfortable working in Adobe CC.
- Highly creative, out-of-the-box thinker who likes to push the limits of design and strategy.
- Strong analytical ability, impeccable design sensibility and typographical skills.
- Clear and concise written and oral communications skills.
- Web Design / UX Design Experience, a plus.
- Knowledge of ‘direct response’ creative development, a plus.
- Coding experience, a plus.
- Adobe After Effects (motion graphics + editing), a plus.
- Photography and Editing Skills, a plus.
